Breakfast : 8 pts (20 cl halfskimmed milk 3pts, 45g nestlé fitness chocolate 5pts, apple)

Lunch : 13 pts (Chicken Tikka Masala Bento 120g rice 4pts, 220g chicken breast 6pts, WW tikka masala sauce 3pts, cauliflower 0pts)

Dinner : 11 pts (800gr Bouchot Mussels and 3 tsp of mussel sauce)

Unused  : 16 pts

Drinks :   3L still water.

Calorie counting according to FitBit:  1.385 kcal
