I know the charts are also on the main page, but I have no idea whether people actually scroll down to the very bottom of the blog.  So, I am putting them here again too.

I will be greying out a pack of sugar every time I lose a whole kg.  I think a visual is always helpful when you have a long journey ahead of you.  It will be a good reminder of where I started as well a proof how I am getting closer to my goal, one step at a time.
