Exercising more is not only working out in a gym or running on the road, it is also incorporating more movement in your daily routine at work. And that's what I started doing today : taking the long road from the parking lot to the office entrance, going to my co-worker's office when I need info or papers instead of just picking up the phone; collecting documents at the main printer immediately after printing them instead of heading over there every 10 printouts. All these little things may not seem much but they do have an effect : I already reached 5.000 steps by the end of the workday. :o) Or how a little gadget is helping me get on the moove ...

Unused : 4 pts
Drinks : 3.5L still water.
