Dinner : 10 pts (180g steamed potatoes 4pts, 1 lamb chop 3pts, 1 mini tournedos 2pts,1 tsp light cream 0pt, 1 tsp olive oil 1pt, cauliflower 0pts)
Unused : 11 pts
Snack: 5 pts (cup of pumpkin soup 3pts, 1 mini mars 2pts)
Drinks : 2.5L still water.
