Breakfast : 10 pts (half skimmed milk 3pts, 45g nestle fitness cereals 5pts, a glass of orangejuice 2pts and an apple)

Lunch : 12 pts (Stuffed Zucchini Bento 50g uncooked  tagliatelle 5pts, 100g ground beef/pork 6pts, 1/2 tsp olive oil 1pt, zucchini, onion and tomatoes 0pts)

Dinner : 14 pts (zucchini, rice 3pts, 180g ground beef/pork 11pts)

Unused : 13 pts

Drinks :   2L still water.
